Through their School of Data and AI, PensionCo sought to upskill employees across the enterprise in data and analytics.
This initiative was the first of several schools the company planned to create to achieve a vision of learning enablement. PensionCo engaged Pariveda to build a repeatable organizational learning framework that could serve as the foundation for future learning.
