Overview
Alain is the Chief People Officer of Pariveda Solutions. As a Business Executive with US and international experience, Alain’s journey has focused on leading digital transformation initiatives, managing organizational change and developing human-centric capabilities, either as a consultant or a corporate leader. With experience spanning multiple industries, Alain has led teams and organizations through human-centric transformations and capability development to achieve high performance. Prior to leading the People function, Alain led the Organization & Operations Solutions Domain for Pariveda.
Experience
With over 30 years of consulting and corporate experience, Alain has a broad array of skills and expertise in shaping and executing transformations programs and capabilities centering on talent management, human resources, employee experience, collaboration, ERP implementation and strategic road-mapping. Alain combines technical and business acumen with relationship, facilitation and leadership skills to navigate complex transformation work. Prior to joining Pariveda Solutions, Alain held senior positions at Accenture, Level 3 Communications (now Lumen) and HCL Technologies.
Outside of the office
When Alain is not working, he loves spending time with his wife Kelly and two grown children, Louisa and Nico. Alain also enjoys hiking, swimming, yoga, watching sports and reading about news and politics. Alain and his wife have been fostering dogs for a few years.
Education and service
Alain grew up in France and graduated from the Neoma Business School (France) with a BA in International Business. He also holds a Master of Science in Industrial Administration from Purdue University. Alain is a PROSCI-certified Change Practitioner and a SAFe-certified Agilist. He has also volunteered and served on non-profit boards for organizations focused on gender equity and the advancement of girls and women, including Girls Inc. of Metro Denver and the Denver Public Schools Foundation.
