Mr. Naviwala is a seasoned solution architect and technology consultant with ten years of experience with project roles ranging from project manager, solution architect, UX lead, tech lead, senior developer, business analyst and individual contributor over multiple industries, including retail energy, oil & gas, healthcare, and construction.
Experience
With more than ten years of consulting experience, Muhammad has a strong foundation in solution design, development, and delivery, as well as project management. He is a passionate problem solver and emphasizes solving the right business problems that bring value to the organization. He is a compassionate leader and focuses on end-user experience as part of his problem-solving journey by following User-Centered Software Development and leveraging real-world feedback loops to help overcome bias.
Muhammad has led numerous projects, such as enabling AWS services that are PHI and HIPAA compliant to expedite the development of new analytical capabilities for cancer research and reduce cognitive load for leading cancer care centers in the world, leading FinOps cost-optimization activities for a global digital media platform, and designing, architecting, implementing and providing MSP support for a cloud-based collaboration hub with the goal of reducing engineering hours by 10-20% as part of a larger digital transformation initiative.
Outside of the office
When Muhammad is not working, he loves spending time with his wife, exploring new places and trying new recipes. He enjoys spending time with his friends and hosting game nights. He is also an avid sports fan, especially football and basketball and has the honor of being the only back-to-back champion in the Pariveda fantasy football league.
Education and service
Muhammad graduated with honors from the University of Houston, majoring in Computer Science and minoring in Mathematics. He enjoys giving back to the community by volunteering and mentoring at a local youth organization.
