In 2025, Pariveda continued to deepen its commitment to service through employee volunteerism, nonprofit board engagement, and Social Impact team projects that supported mission-driven organizations in meaningful ways.

Purpose in practice
In 2025, Pariveda achieved a score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index and was named AWS North America Social Impact Partner of the Year. We also continued to anchor our impact in third-party standards and recognitions, including EcoVadis sustainability ratings, the Science Based Targets initiative, CDP climate disclosure, and Best Places to Work recognition.

Creating a future of shared ownership
In 2007, we created an employee stock ownership plan entirely funded by the company. Today, the ESOP is 49% owned as of 2025 and is almost halfway to our goal of 100% employee ownership by 2030. Our ESOP strategy is a core way we practice Purposeful Profit by sharing the value we create with the people who help create it.
