Mayur Venkateswaran is a technology and management leader with extensive experience directing digital transformation and technology modernization initiatives across the public and private sector including education, healthcare, travel-hospitality, and retail industries. He combines industry best practices and proven frameworks with a genuine curiosity, creative problem-solving, and effective project management methodologies to create lasting business value for his clients. He believes in teamwork, lifelong learning, and seeking out the best in yourself and others every day.
Experience
Mayur brings a strong ability to develop an understanding of the business ecosystem and translate that into creating solutions that are practical, flexible, and transformative. He enjoys scaling ideas to implementation and championed a grassroots initiative for experimenting with emerging tech into a technology practice offering differentiated client solutions.
He is passionate about helping businesses recognize and realize the potential of data and analytics to improve outcomes and has led multiple client engagements in this space that span formulation, orchestration, and adoption of enterprise data strategies. His prior projects include business process redesign for an enterprise capitalization program leading to efficiencies through system rationalization, cloud modernization of an agency’s asset management platform with new and improved customer experience, and advising clients on change practices to drive a mindset shift to new processes and behaviors.
Outside of the office
Mayur treasures the everyday moments with his wife and two kids. Together, they love adding new memories and experiences through friends, food, and travel. When not following sports on TV, you can find him outdoors working on his golf and tennis swings. Mayur enjoys taking short trips, long walks, and finding good coffee during both.
Education and service
Mayur has a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from Mumbai University in India and a Master’s in Information Systems from Syracuse University. He is an active participant in local non-profits such as the school’s PTA chapter and as a Board IT committee member for his community association.
