Overview
Mr. Alain Paolini is a Business Executive with US and international experience in leading digital transformation initiatives, managing organizational change, and improving sales/operations performance. With experience across manufacturing, telecommunications, high-tech, consumer packaged goods, and financial services, Alain assists teams and organizations through human-centric transformations and capability development to achieve high performance.
Experience
With over 25 years of consulting experience, Alain has a broad array of skills and expertise in shaping and executing transformation programs centering on ERP, talent management, customer experience, employee experience, collaboration, strategic road-mapping, and enhancing client capabilities. Alain combines technical and business acumen with relationship, facilitation, and leadership skills to help his clients navigate complex transformation work. He has managed multiple transformation engagements, such as reinventing and implementing a new business blueprint and ecosystem for over 10,000 employees for a large manufacturing/retail provider, redesigning the talent management function for a global telecom provider, or shaping agile transformations across organizations. Prior to joining Pariveda Solutions, Mr. Paolini held senior positions at Accenture, Level 3 Communications, and HCL Technologies.
Outside of the office
When Alain is not working, he loves spending time with his wife Kelly, and children, Louisa and Nico. Alain also enjoys hiking, swimming, yoga, watching sports, and reading about news and politics. Alain and his wife have been fostering dogs for a few years.
Education and service
Alain grew up in France and graduated from the Neoma Business School (France). He also holds a Master of Science in Industrial Administration from Purdue University. He has served on several non-profit boards focused on gender equity and the advancement of girls and women, most recently serving as Board Chair for Girls Inc. of Metro Denver.
