Overview
With over 25 years of experience in building and deploying complex technology solutions across multiple industries, Kent has developed particular expertise in the healthcare, health insurance, telecom, and energy sectors. He brings a wealth of experience to clients facing big business and technology challenges, with a focus on customer engagement technology and business transformation. Recently, Kent has developed skills in Generative AI strategy and governance, exploring innovative ways to harness its power to significantly boost knowledge worker productivity.
Experience
Kent began his career as a software developer, working with several large telecommunication carriers. He later transitioned to consulting, expanding his focus to include non-profit, healthcare, and retail industries. After working with a big-three consulting firm, Kent helped launch an early-stage cloud-based marketing start-up that focused on healthcare. In his most recent role prior to joining Pariveda, he served as the Technology Enablement Practice Director for a Seattle-based consulting company.
Outside of the office
When he’s not working, Kent enjoys spending time with his family, often exploring the majestic mountains of the Pacific Northwest for camping and skiing adventures. A passionate traveler, he grew up in the Middle East, where his experiences sparked a deep appreciation for both art and history.
Education and Service
Kent holds a B.S. in Finance and Management Information Systems from the Darla Moore School of Business and an M.S. in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University. He is actively involved in his son’s school fundraising efforts and is interested in promoting technology literacy among older populations.
