The company emerged as a disrupter poised to lead the industry’s modernization.

The merger of UniversalCIS and Credit Plus combined seven of the nation’s leading mortgage verification technology providers to form the largest company in the industry, with over 6,500 clients and 12 operation centers across the U.S.

The new company saw a future beyond the credit reporting space. They had the scale, knowledge, and ambition to revolutionize the mortgage verification industry. What they didn’t have was a unified brand.

The Challenge

Disrupting an antiquated industry with a bold brand transformation.

Our client’s leadership team had a vision for their company that was focused on innovating the verification industry. However, their employees were still aligned with their legacy organizations and had little purview into this vision. Plus, employees and customers were unclear about the direction of the company’s capabilities and offerings.

Pariveda was brought in to define what the company represents and develop a new brand positioning and framework to inspire and unite combined teams and signal their focus on innovation.
