OnlineApparel was growing faster than its small technology team could competently manage. Throughout the site, common elements were implemented by developers in different ways, which meant component changes often resulted in changes across dozens of files, and the overwhelmed UX team had a sizeable backlog of improvements. Not only did they need to accelerate the development process, but they also needed to improve their marketing content management capabilities.
OnlineApparel hired Pariveda to implement a design system to improve the developer experience and facilitate faster content creation with a headless content management system (CMS).
The Result
