Jason is a personable leader seasoned at building collaborative cross-functional teams that deliver impactful results. He has led front and back-office teams across financial services, technology, media, hospitality, retail, telecommunications, and education industries. Jason draws upon his strategic planning, project management, change management, business process improvement, and facilitation skills to tailor approaches and frameworks that suit each organization’s needs.
Experience
With more than 25 years of corporate and consulting experience, Jason has helped shape and implement a variety of business transformation initiatives. These include strategic roadmaps, mergers and acquisitions, business process rationalization, technology selection and implementation, organizational design, greenfield development, adapting to changing regulations, financial restatements, outsourcing, relocation analysis, and omnichannel adoption. Prior to joining Pariveda Solutions, Jason held corporate positions with Apple, Fannie Mae, and Bankers Trust and professional services leadership positions with CrossCountry Consulting, Acumen Solutions, and Xpedior. Representative client organizations throughout his career include Carlyle, SBLI, NavyFed, PenFed, ABC Fitness, CPG, PAE, Cvent, Hilton, FTI, comScore, Hannon Armstrong, Blackboard, USAHS, Vox Media, CSS, ETRADE, World Bank, IFC, MCI, GECC, and TMCC.
Outside of the office
Jason loves spending time with his kids and their wide range of interests across performing arts, cheerleading, volleyball, swimming, and gymnastics. He is an avid reader, soccer and basketball fan, hiker, camper, and cook.
Education and service
Jason graduated from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill with an MBA and from Dickinson College with a BA in Economics. He is passionate about improving financial literacy education for kids and adults.
