Overview
Jeff is an experienced business transformation and technology executive who enjoys helping companies get to the next level. For over 20 years, he has worked as a thought and change leader in the manufacturing, entertainment, telecommunications, insurance, retail energy, and construction industries helping companies with business strategy, transformations, leadership development, product launches/development, culture shifts, business/technology operations, and enterprise systems planning.
Experience
Before joining Thought Ensemble, Jeff helped DISH, a Fortune 200 company, transform their service offering by launching a new over-the-internet television business – Sling TV. His position as Director of Business Operations & Strategic Initiatives, and later as Director of Marketing Technology, allowed him to help create and execute the go-to-market strategies for business operations, customer service, and marketing. Before that, he worked as Director of Corporate Initiatives to drive strategic cross-functional and cross-company initiatives. And, as Director of IT Service Management, Jeff was able to drive large-scale process improvements in IT operations. Jeff has also held positions at 414 Consulting (Principal), Mundo Enterprises (Co-founder & COO), and International Rectifier (Director of Global Enterprise Architecture & IT Security).
Outside of the office
When Jeff isn’t working in the office, you can find him enjoying any number of his many hobbies, including working on his custom Sprinter van, traveling to interesting hiking and snowboarding spots, rock climbing, or tasting new tequilas and wines.
Education and service
Jeff has an MBA from Pepperdine University with a focus on Business Strategy and Entrepreneurship and a BS in Management Information Systems from California State University, Chico.
