Kerry Stover

Overview

Kerry Stover is a seasoned technologist and accomplished executive with decades of corporate officer and board director experience leading companies through successful transformations across waves of technology advancements. His unique business perspective through the lenses of technology and people enables key facets of transformations:  assessing and capitalizing on digital transformation opportunities, translating strategy into capability through people-centric principles, and building resilient employees, leaders, and organizations.   

Experience

With more than thirty years in the consulting industry, Kerry’s rich experiences across all industries in leading large-scale digital transformations, building and scaling organizations, and developing leaders at all levels have made him a trusted counselor to C-level executives. Kerry served as COO of Pariveda for 16 years, accountable for all consulting efforts from initial ideation of value-generating transformations through their continued support in operations. Overseeing growth across 12 North American markets, he provided insightful direction to the firm and its clients as Pariveda grew into a leading international strategy and technology consulting firm. Prior to joining Pariveda, Kerry held various leadership roles at Accenture in several technology consulting practices, in the software business unit, and in launching the business outsourcing operations unit.   

Outside of the office

Kerry most enjoys spending time with his wife and family, especially his two grandchildren. In his spare time, he is an avid supporter of Baylor University athletics, and he also enjoys reading and various forms of exercise. 

Education and service

Kerry graduated Magna Cum Laude from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Science. He serves on the board of Need Him Global, an international outreach and response ministry, and he supports several start-up companies as an executive coach and advisor.
