Overview
Sana Hameed is fascinated by the intersection between digital innovation and strategy. Hameed has a penchant for problem-solving and aims to make solutions streamlined and efficient. She has had the privilege of applying these abilities across industries including pharmaceuticals, insurance, and the auto industry. Hameed’s work experience at Pariveda so far includes database testing, business analysis, and website maintenance and modification. She cannot wait to see what other challenges are in store.
Experience
Hameed joined Pariveda shortly after graduating with her Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas at Austin. Throughout college, Hameed’s experiences included interning with a retail startup, an advertising firm, and another consulting firm in different capacities, as well as being involved with organizations supporting women in tech and social entrepreneurship. Since joining Pariveda, Hameed has had the opportunity to tackle project work across a range of industries and develop skills around software development/maintenance and database testing. As she looks toward the future, Hameed’s areas of interest include business analysis, change management, analytics implementation, and UI/UX design.
Outside of the office
When Hameed is not working, she loves trying out new fitness classes, learning how to paint, and testing out recipes. Hameed spends her free time with friends and family and enjoys binging sitcoms, swimming, and exploring the Dallas food and arts scene.
Education and service
Hameed graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2021 with a degree in Management Information Systems, a certificate in Elements of Computing, and a minor in Marketing. She enjoys volunteering through Pariveda’s community service circle and especially with Bold Idea, where Fins help teach elementary school students how to code.
