Taylor is a trusted advisor to top executives on mission-critical strategic issues. His experience includes bringing new product offerings to the market, building out product management organizations, strategizing on market position, measuring customer experience, setting corporate strategy, transforming organizations, and managing change. He has deep expertise in helping organizations leverage whitespace in the market to create differentiated products and services.
Experience
Taylor has partnered with executives on go-to-market initiatives, including building new product offerings for the energy industry, developing ancillary revenue streams for commercial real estate, building revenue models, using analytics for go-to-market positioning, and engaging in strategic re-organization.
On the operations excellence side, Taylor has applied OD and Pragmatic Marketing principles to modernizing organizations from project management into product management, built out executive models for managing and growing customer experience, lead large Change Management programs, and hosted a number of go-forward executive strategy sessions.
Outside of the office
When Taylor is not working, he’s competing as a Master class sporting clays shooter. Taylor also enjoys cooking for friends and running.
Education and service
Taylor graduated from Baylor University with a double major in Economics and Finance, as well as a minor in Mathematics. He continues to be actively involved in the Baylor Angel Network—which consists of alumni who invest in startup companies.
