Overview
As a Vice President at Pariveda, Ronda is responsible for driving client relationships across Pariveda’s core technology and business capabilities, including digital transformation, application modernization, data, and organizational change. While she continues to oversee and advise on workplace and facilities strategy, the majority of her role focuses on partnering with clients to solve complex business and technology challenges.
Ronda joined Pariveda in 2007, bringing a deep understanding of the firm’s culture, delivery model, and values. Her background in nonprofits and across multiple roles at Pariveda gives her a unique ability to connect client needs to practical, people-centered solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Experience
Ronda began her career in the non-profit sector, where she cultivated donor relationships and secured philanthropic support for the Texas Neurofibromatosis Foundation and the patients they serve. As Executive Director for the Women’s Fund for Health Education & Research, she was responsible for delivering the organization’s mission to equip Houston-area women and girls with the tools to advocate for their health.
Since joining Pariveda in 2007, Ronda has held a variety of leadership roles, expanding from internal operational leadership into executive-level consulting and sales. As a Vice President, she leads client development efforts, shapes consulting engagements, and partners with executive stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business strategy, while continuing to provide oversight and guidance for facilities and workplace initiatives.
Outside the office
Ronda and her husband, Tony, have two daughters and one adorable Westie. Weekends are often spent traveling, hosting friends and family, or enjoying time near the beach. Ronda also enjoys cooking and reading whenever she can.
Education and service
Ronda received a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Houston. She remains active in her church and with several local non-profits.
