In her role as Facilities Director, Ronda is responsible for the creation of attractive, cool, and functional work environments at Pariveda. Her prior work experience with non-profits and several roles within Pariveda has provided her with a unique perspective of people and how their work environments impact their productivity, happiness, and engagement. This knowledge, coupled with her experience, enables Ronda to deliver creative work environments for any organization.
Ronda began her career in the non-profit sector, raising funds and developing programs for the Texas Neurofibromatosis Foundation and the patients they serve. As Executive Director for the Women’s Fund for Health Education & Research, she was responsible for ensuring the delivery of its mission to provide Houston area women, and girls, with the tools they need to be advocates for their health.
Outside the office
Ronda and her husband Tony have two daughters and one adorable Westie, their weekends are spent at cheer competitions or entertaining friends and family. Ronda enjoys any vacation with a good beach, cooking, and reading.
Education and service
Ronda received a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Houston She is active with her church and the G.W. Carver Alumni Association.
