Mr. Paul Equale is an exceptional leader with a proven track record of applying technology, alongside people and processes, to drive innovation and value for clients. Paul’s experience over the past 30+ years includes serving both private and public mid- to large-scale clients across the manufacturing, energy, retail, and telecommunications sectors.
Experience
Paul brings deep thought leadership and industry knowledge and coupled with his experience, he partners with clients to co-create unique solutions for the toughest business problems. He has a breadth of knowledge in organizational performance, process improvement, technology solutions development, and large-scale program management. He focuses on business process and systems integration to drive the material, measurable value for an enterprise.
Paul has a passion for partnering with companies in achieving a higher level of performance through digital solutions that provide rich, proactive insight to inform enterprise decisions and actions. Paul has led a variety of successful engagements, such as designing and implementing commodity trading solutions, launching a national company into new global markets, conducting due diligence for M&A, optimizing product distribution across regional markets, streamlining key processes for first-line supervisors, and completing strategic planning to develop a shared service center.
Prior to joining Pariveda Solutions, Paul, most notably, held leadership positions at Accenture and AWS.
Outside of the office
Paul graduated with honors from the University of Notre Dame with a double major in Economics and Government. He has served on multiple nonprofit boards, most recently serving as president of the Southwest Football League (SFL), providing recreational football and cheer for Houston’s girls and boys in elementary and middle school.
Education and service
Paul loves spending time with his wife and four children. He also enjoys playing ice hockey with a group of Texans who are (mostly) transplants from the northern US and Canada.
