Overview
Erin Ciaravino has a breadth of experience in operations, project management, corporate relations, strategic planning, and marketing across a wide range of industries. Erin’s work experience includes consulting, retail mortgage, entertainment and sports, healthcare, direct-to-consumer and B2B sales, and financial industries. Erin’s industry knowledge and experience enable her to provide a unique solution and implementation strategy to any business challenge.
Experience
With more than 15 years of operations experience, Erin has focused expertise in project management, operational efficiencies, and strategic process improvements and planning. Most recently, Erin developed a passion for reimagining revenue-enabling processes and problem-solving for efficient operations through technology and automation, creating more sustainable operating models.
Erin has managed various strategic projects, such as designing and implementing a marketing and compliance approach for an FDIC-regulated financial institution, reinventing resource management operations for a consulting organization, and implementing various CRM and automated marketing systems across multiple industries. Prior to joining Pariveda Solutions, Erin held positions at Goldwater Bank and CORE Lending.
Outside of the office
Erin spends a majority of her time outside of work with her family and chauffeuring her three young children to and from various activities. She also enjoys running and cycling and learning various hobbies, such as woodworking and jewelry design, in addition to attending sporting events and concerts with her close friends. A passionate writer, Erin published a children’s book based off the imagination of her oldest son.
Education and service
Erin graduated from Baylor University with a double major in Marketing and Professional Sales. Erin is an active animal foster for Texas GSP Rescue group and volunteers with the Woodlands Art Festival, benefiting fine arts programs for children in her local community.
