Overview
As location operations director, Kaila is responsible for Pariveda’s office spaces and the team, enabling our success in those markets. Her work experience managing Pariveda’s real estate portfolio has helped her develop a unique skill set to create and deliver innovative, functional office space while maximizing profit. Having previously served as an Office Manager in many of our offices, she also has a vast knowledge of people and business operations, enabling her to lead the office operations team as they advise and support their local leadership.
Experience
Kaila began her career with Pariveda as the Chicago Office Manager over 12 years ago. As the firm grew and added new locations, so did Kaila’s role. Throughout her career, she has served as Office Manager for the following markets: Atlanta, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, and Washington D.C. Being part of so many offices’ growth, helping them form their cultures and move into their offices, was the perfect training ground for her to establish her career in real estate transformation and business operations.
Outside of the office
Kaila and her husband love spending time with family, attending concerts, wine tasting, and cheering on their football teams… except when the Bears play the Packers. On those game days, they are a house divided. Bear down!
Education and service
Kaila received a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Northwestern University. She and her husband are active members of their local church and serve in various volunteer teams and leadership positions.
