Monique’s 15+ years of experience in solving complex problems has led her to realize her passion for optimizing processes that create exceptional customer experiences. She enjoys work that aligns strategy, vision, and execution with customer and employee journeys as well as process and product redesign projects. Clients and colleagues often come to her for innovative ideas to solve various problems and to help visualize complex concepts. Through her change management work, she has also created a unique perspective on how organizations can successfully navigate large transformations.
Experience
Monique started her career at Accenture where she could apply her passion for continuous improvement to help businesses achieve measurable outcomes. She has worked with a variety of industries including oil and gas, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, education, aerospace, safety and security, and insurance. She has experience in program management, system implementations, opportunity assessments, change effectiveness, customer journey mapping, strategy development, and organizational design.
Outside of the office
Monique loves crafting and making custom gifts for friends and family. She also enjoys gardening, house projects, and cruising around in her 1968 Camaro SS that she rebuilt with her dad.
Education and service
Monique graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo (Cal Poly, SLO) with an Industrial Engineering degree.
