Overview
Nicole Scharhon has over a decade of experience in business operations and has worked closely with each of Pariveda’s west coast offices. Nicole’s work experience includes operations management, BCDR enhancements, internal process improvement, and resource management. She is currently partnering with Pariveda’s internal platform strategy team to develop and program manage Pariveda’s new MSP offering. Nicole’s breadth of experience and partnership with nearly every Pariveda department provides her with a unique ability to enhance system processes and develop holistic solutions for the organization.
Experience
Nicole has over 11 years of business operations expertise in consulting and excels in project management, people development, and strategic process improvement. Nicole has managed or participated in teams involved in resource management process enhancements, Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery management, developing custom KPI reports, new employee training enhancements, and event planning.
Prior to joining Pariveda Solutions, Nicole held positions in business-to-business sales in the telecom and health benefits space. She also worked in the aerospace field, providing business development support, technical demonstrations, and military retrofit project management.
Outside of the office
When Nicole is not working, she loves spending time with her husband, two children, and golden retriever. Nicole is an avid home baker, and dinner party hostess and loves reading and watching movies with friends and family.
Education and service
Nicole graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature. She currently volunteers her time with the Seattle GiveCamp organization.
