Overview
Mr. Ron McClain has a breadth of experience solving complex business problems leveraging technology. Ron’s work experience includes clients in travel and hospitality, fleet management, medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, energy, audiovisual productions, retail, and investment industries. His industry knowledge coupled with his range of experience in data, machine learning, custom development, and cloud solutions allows him to generate solutions for any technical or business challenge.
Experience
Ron has a wide breadth of knowledge in project management, technology solutions development, and strategic process improvements. His primary areas of expertise lie in information systems implementation and planning. Most recently, he has developed a passion for improving the customer and employee experience within the Travel and Hospitality industry. He has managed various projects, such as building a price prediction strategy that leverages machine learning for a medical supplies company, leading a systems modernization and consolidation project for a pharmaceutical company, and implementing a cloud-based data platform for an automotive company. Prior to joining Pariveda Solutions, Mr. McClain held positions at Macy’s IT and Sogeti USA.
Outside of the office
When Ron is not working, he loves spending time with his wife and three children, William, Alexander, and Jackson. Ron also loves golf and being involved in the community.
Education and service
Ron graduated from Miami University with a major in Systems Analysis and a special interest in General Business. He is active as an Associate Board Member with Lumity and is on the Leadership Council for the Evans Scholarship Foundation.
