Trey Johnson has accumulated experience recruiting exceptional talent across technology and management consulting industries. Johnson’s work experience includes sourcing and engaging prospective candidates, along with the interview process and stakeholder management. Johnson’s ability to leverage his deep understanding of the industry positions him as a trusted advisor and problem-solver, enabling him to make a significant impact on the firm’s talent acquisition efforts.
Johnson is responsible for shaping and cultivating the Atlanta office culture while driving growth at every stage, applying a relationship-based approach to enhance marketing and recruiting efforts. Johnson identifies hiring needs and leverages captured data, market trends, and industry insights to present the most qualified candidates throughout the full recruitment life cycle.
Johnson has contributed to a multitude of projects, such as building job search workshops for college students to accelerate their career readiness, managing a logo design team for an affinity employee resource group, and coordinating events to boost connection and camaraderie in the Atlanta Office. Prior to joining Pariveda Solutions, Johnson served a College Readiness Nonprofit organization, Schuler Scholar Program.
Outside of the office
When Johnson is not working, Johnson enjoys spending time with his family, immersed in the world of dinosaurs with his toddler son, Judah. Johnson also goes on morning runs with friends, hosts financial education workshops, and appreciates an occasional pizza & a movie night.
Education and service
Johnson graduated from Bucknell University with a major in Psychology and minors in Religious Studies and African American Studies. Johnson was an active member of the Black Student Union, Undergraduate Research Associate, Business Pitch Competition Winner, and Scholarship Athlete as a member of the Bucknell Football Team. Johnson enjoys participating in Pariveda’s Black Employee Resource Group and Atlanta’s Events Coordination Team.
